It all started when I accidentally set the toaster to “Turbo Toast.” I never expected my kitchen robots to take it literally. Soon, the toaster, a little blue robot named Toasty, shot straight into the air. It sent a loaf of bread flying out of its arms like a rocket. Frybot, the fridge-turned-cook, flipped pancakes with his metallic hands. He made everything even more chaotic. “I think I overdid the gears!” shouted Whisk, the coffee maker. He mixed the morning brew with so much enthusiasm that he almost tipped over his own pot. It was an ordinary morning until my kitchen appliances went haywire.

The complication

  1. Toasty keeps launching and damages something important, so I must catch him before he breaks the window or the neighbour’s garden gnome.
  2. Frybot’s pancakes start multiplying out of control and clog the sink and floor, creating a slippery, sticky mess that needs a clever solution.
  3. Whisk’s over-enthusiastic brew spills into the power board and the kitchen robots begin to short-circuit, making them act even more unpredictably.
