Emma and Jake froze as they turned the corner near City Hall. A crowd of people stumbled forward, groaning, their arms outstretched and faces smeared in red. "Zombies?!" Jake gasped. But Emma leaned in closer. "Wait… is that… JAM?!" Just then, a baker ran past, flailing his arms. "Help! The Grand Jam Factory exploded! The town is drowning in strawberry spread!" Emma and Jake had faced messes before, but nothing like this. If they didn’t stop the sticky swarm soon, the whole town would be trapped in a sugary apocalypse!

The complication

  1. Emma and Jake must figure out how to navigate through the jam-covered streets without getting stuck themselves, as the crowd of people becomes more frantic.
  2. They encounter a rival group of kids who want to claim the jam for themselves, leading to a sticky showdown.
  3. The baker reveals that the explosion also released a secret ingredient that could turn the jam into something even more dangerous if not contained quickly.
